I scheduled Classic Touch Cleaning to perform a Move In Cleaning on April 13th, their window to show up was from 11:30am-1:30pm. After waiting at my house, I called at 2pm, 3:30pm, and 5:30pm to see where the crew was. Each time, the scheduling personnel's answer was "I can't get a hold of the team or my manager, I'll leave them a message."Two days later, I've had zero follow up, zero communication, and zero remediation of the situation. Not only did this waste my time, but it affected my whole moving schedule. I would recommend using literally anyone else for cleaning services in the Richmond area.
