Uses a texturizer/relaxer in their shampoo (this has happened on 2 occasions, same stylist, of the multiple times I’ve been). While the trade off was super straight hair, I wasn’t consulted with the option before it was used. I noticed the weird chemical smell after the fact. I will not return. There is significant damage to my curl pattern. Very nice people aside from the deception.

I’ve been going here since I was 16, and they’ve always been so kind and I never have any complaints. Definitely recommend, especially for persons of color and those with textured hair like mine.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
