Called CHIMNEY SAVER & spoke with GARRETT. GARRETT was very knowledgeable about wood stoves. GARRETT spend 15 minutes on the phone with me and took time to explain things to look for when purchasing a wood stove
Very pleased with Chimney Saver Solutions. Initially spoke with Garrett who scheduled Braydon to come out the next day to inspect our gas fireplace. We had been having issues with larder beetles due to a critter that died somewhere in the chimney. Braydon took the time to explain the construction and how the fireplace worked. He even went into the attic and saw where something had been chewing through the dry wall. We learned more about the bugs from him than the pest control company.
Very happy and if we decide to connect it to gas, we will definitely call Chimney Saver Solutions.
Great service! I just had my 2nd experience with Chimney Saver Solutions. They did an inspection for our natural gas flue 1.5 years ago. Their name was given to me by our HVAC guy. I was so impressed, I made a note to call them again. I did and they just left. They inspected our other flue (for the actual fireplace) and cleaned it as well. I made sure to request the same tech, which was Michael. He is prompt, professional, and honest.
