My parents have been under the care of the BrightStar team for several weeks. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of all of the employees, from management to the caregivers themselves. A shoutout to caregiver Barbara for being so kind, as well as efficient. I feel a great deal of relief that I am able to leave them every day without worry. I highly recommend Bright Star.

Thank you BrightStar for your help with caring for my father in his assisted living facility (ALF) in his last weeks with us (hospice care). Your staff was very kind and caring even in difficult times and conditions. I am sure he was unable to share his gratitude during this time, but the family would like to say thank you. Your willingness and ability to meet our needs 7 days a week, on short notice, in these tough times of maintaining a full staff of care givers was extraordinary. This group did an amazing job taking care of my mother the last few months of her life. What was most impressive was the fact that we had challenges, Some caregivers didn't mess, As promised Brightstar took care of the situation and got us different care givers. The commuication was excellent. I even had to call in the middle of the night a couple times and they always answered the phone. I just a company by how they handle challenges, Brightstar was our partner in taking care of my mother. Thanks
