I am now personally ready to share my story and speak out as a child who used to be a patient at this practice as a child/ early teen years/late teen years. When I was younger I dealt with an overgrowth of an hpylori infection, my pediatrician diagnosed and treated this. The Doctor I had seen at Bon Secours St Mary’s hospital pediatric gastroenterology was Dr Gayathri Naraparaju. Extremely disappointing experience — completely unprofessional and unacceptable care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this practice has been beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism.

My daughter recently completed a lactose intolerance breath test, which required a strict diet and careful preparation. What I later learned — only after calling the office myself — is that their testing machine had already been broken for over two weeks before my daughter’s appointment. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They made my first postpartum experience miserable and 10x harder. No bedside manner whatsoever. I did not feel welcomed or supported in anyway throughout my multiple visits and stays here with my child. They would constantly tell us about the same issue with no solutions and made it very difficult when we tried to leave to get a second opinion. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity.
