The plumber really went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just swapping out the seal ring and leaving, he took the time to carefully check everything and discovered that the whole bathroom floor was badly rotted and unsafe. He took out the toilet, sink, and vanity himself so the contractor wouldn’t have to spend extra time on it. Then, he even carried everything down to the basement from the second floor, and made sure to screw the bathroom door shut to keep everyone safe. John did an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be recommending this plumbing company to all my friends and family in Richmond.
