So happy with today's experience at Alana Kai. Kylie was an absolutely terrific stylist and an absolute pleasure to spend an hour with. I was able to secure two last minute appointments at this location, day of. Kylie cut my hair and did an INCREDIBLE job! She did a great job at communicating with me and making me feel comfortable in every choice. She’s extremely personable as well, no long pause between conversation felt awkward or uncomfortable! She’s extremely sweet and made me feel more confident in my hair than I have in years (-: I know she’s a Level 1 but she deserves to be moved up asap!! I will definitely be coming back.
