Don't waste your time with this very bad insurance company, we have been unable to pay and use them since the end of last year, we called at least thirty customer service calls and they always put us on hold and zero resolution was given, so if an insurance company can't solve your basic needs, why does it even exist?

This office address doesn't even open the doors! I can't solve my problems by phone, the physical office doesn't open doors to the public. What a horrible customer service!

Just throw the whole company and website away. I am too done with Aetna.. My company decided to go a different route and they went with Auxiant / Atena a third party insurance company and it is the worst by all means. I cannot never get on Aetna website as a user to see the benefits because it keep say it a cliche. WHYYYYYY , so then I have to maneuver other ways. I am sick of both Auxiant and Atena.. Throw them both back in the garbage where they should have stayed.
