This review is long overdue but they deserve the praises. My home warranty company assigned a request to Ace and it turned out to be way more complicated than expected. Their technicians came out 3 times and would not give up on making sure my issue was resolved. They also worked with my warranty company to make sure I wasn’t charged extra. Every person I dealt with was extremely polite and professional. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for this very frustrated single mom. I highly recommend them!
Great experience. My disposal was fixed in about 45 minutes. Could not be happier. Will certainly call them on my next electrical need. 5 star rating from Katherine in the office and Jake and his helper that did my actual repairs. Love them.
