Debbie was professional, proficient friendly, courteous and objectionable.. I rate her 4.9 simply because after she left, I examined where she left the traps, would have preferred the hotels instead of the old fashion mouse traps. Would have been easier for me to remove other than that superb and I look forward to working with her
