Mechanic showed up when he said he would ... Price was a little steep. 150/HR 2 hr min. So cost me 400 for 15 min .. But beggars can't be choosers... Got me on the road quick..
5 Stars for this Company, Our truck was having a problem on the road Near Richmond Virginia, we called 24 Hour Semi & Trailer Repair. The owner himself answered the phone and without any hesitation, told us what might be the problem and shared his extensive knowledge with our driver. He never tried to pry us for $$ like almost 95% of the industry does, such as tow the truck here or I'm gonna charge such and such for just to see it, etc etc....... instead, knowing the problem he tried to reason with us knowing we could save on time and money by helping us walk thru on the phone. I cannot express enough the gratitude my family has for this company. We are from North Carolina and found ourselves stranded hours away in the middle of the night, without any friends or family nearby. We were hauling a fully loaded flatbed from PA to NC when our trailer failed us. They offer friendly, safe, fast service! He assured that we were safe and helped us in every way.
