Lawrence and the guy with him who I forgot his name but they were amazing from the first call. They both communicated every step and talked me through what was going on. They didn't try to hand me any crap or offer me thing's I didn't need. They quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and pricing. The warranty company didn't want to honor the time remaining on my compressor so Lawrence took it upon himself to fight for me as a customer and contacted the distributor. Lawrence and the front office staff worked for hours to fight for a new compressor and they pulled through in a major way. I will always be grateful for the work of this company. Phenomenal company, down to earth, awesome work and such a positive attitude from the woman that schedules to the technicians that come out and responded rapidly will never choose another company to work on my hvac system again.
What a wonderful company! They were able to fit me in within a couple of hours of calling for service on my HVAC unit. Before any work was started I was told what they were going to do and when my system was checked, I needed the coil cleaned and the system charged. I am going to need a part replaced which they will get me scheduled to replace once they have called the manufacturer of my HVAC unit for payment of that part. Overall, what a wonderful experience I had with them.
