Exceptional service! Staff is very knowledgeable. I came in for a hair donation and was nervous about having short hair for the first time in a very long time. My stylist gave me a look that is edgy and easy to maintain and she took the time to contour around my face shape. I am absolutely in love with hair. Thank you Spa Noa and my new stylist forever!!!

Consistently a great experience at this day spa/salon. Always warmly welcomed at the front desk and checkout is a breeze since they keep my credit card on file. Scheduling appointments is also easy. Spa and salon is super clean. Tanya is the best nail technician ever! When you get a service by Tanya, you get a perfectionist in her chosen field. She always takes the time to listen to your requests and uses her extensive experience to recommend colors, products, etc. And, she's likely one of the warmest people you'll ever meet!

I never tried Spa Noa because they were more expensive than the other nail/facial places. However when my favorite nail technician in the whole world moved there 2 years ago, I had to go. The clientele all seemed pretty snobby, but all of the technicians and the receptionists were lovely. So I come in for my scheduled appointment and I find that their new rule is that I must wear a mask. I'm vaccinated. Their "clients" prefer it with "the new variant" so they say. When I want to go to get my nails and feet done, that's a time I'd like to be able to relax without a mask. Read without glasses fogging. But evidently they don't agree. SO they are significantly more expensive, but I will keep going there because I love Tanya but that's the only reason. If you do not already have a favorite technician, I would not recommend this place for mani-pedi. But if you do go there b/c you can deal all of this nonsense, the nail gals are all really good. All right I'm editing this already. The owner is really nice and she seems to think that the Board of Health is requiring them to do this. So I'm going to change the review because they are a really good place but if you hate masks they're going to make you wear one.
