I've been an on/off visitor for about a year now.
The staff are generally great, and very talented.
... but the owner usually cuts my hair and it can be 50/50, sometimes it looks good and sometimes it looks... not good... I've also come back home multiple times to a bunch of very big scrapes on the back of my neck... she can be a bit rough with the razor or whatever it is she was using 😬
They do the hot towel thing which can feel great after a long day, but they don't have the little vacuums that can get all the loose hair on your head, which is something I do wish they had.
Amazing service and quality, been coming here for years and they are always faster and a better value than all the other barbers in the area. Even after moving away from Reston I still make the drive to come here after having lesser experiences in Herndon and Sterling. Never had a bad haircut here regardless of which barber has seen me.

I've been getting my haircut here for sometime now and its always a pleasant experience. The service is friendly and they do a good job cutting my hair. I've started bringing my young daughter here too, and the staff always takes the time to make sure she's happy.
This is a great place to cut your hair, in addition to supporting a local family owned business.
