PetsHotel Reston is a very clean and well organized Pet Smart. It has a variety of products especially in the Wellness Mixer and Topper area. The staff is very knowledgeable about fish care and very outgoing and welcoming. They quickly walk thru different species and activities and providing very informational helpful for new dog owner. The greeter is compassionate and the staff is sweet, helpful and fast. Groomed kitties and doggies is friendly and highly recommended. The service is fast and the staff providing knowledge that owner better educated on care.
