PetsHotel Reston is a very clean and well organized Pet Smart. It has a variety of products especially in the Wellness Mixer and Topper area. The staff is very knowledgeable about fish care and very outgoing and welcoming. They quickly walk thru different species and activities and providing very informational helpful for new dog owner. The greeter is compassionate and the staff is sweet, helpful and fast. Groomed kitties and doggies is friendly and highly recommended. The service is fast and the staff providing knowledge that owner better educated on care.

Always easy to get my dog boarded for trips, and my dog is always happy and comfy while there. We got picture updates as well. This location is farther for me but for the guaranteed boarding and how happy and healthy my dog has been each stay, I'm happy to make the trek out here. The staff is super professional and kind and gave through updates and were super accommodating. Highly recommend.

TL;DR - They are not cat friendly, keep looking. If you like your cats being whisked away to a vet every other day, this is the Pet Hotel for you! Do they need a reason? Not really. They will send your cat to the vet for, really any reason at all, and then tell you about it afterwards, even if you specifically ask them not to, as it will stress out your cat. We took our cats in twice, and both times they had vet visits for no reason. Even the vet was rather perplexed why they were brought for an examination. The PetsHotel in Reston, VA is very convenient for pet parents and pets can enjoy a comfortable stay.
