Walked in to try to get my dogs nails done and as soon as I walk in there already telling staff to get a dog away that was in the middle of the store that ether my dog was not good with other dogs witch is a lie if there talking about my dog. Asked to get nails grinding done and was stoped in my tracks and told we don't can't do that we are to busy. No signs saying that on there door. Called later and was told we can turn anyone a way we want we don't need a sign on the door. Never give this place business again they have done this 3 times and lost vets records for doggy day care they can not get it together. If I could would be zero stars
I found the location perfect for times when I had major surgeries at nearby Reston Hospital. That was until 2015 when I was notified that one of my two dogs, a large mixed breed, had been taken to a vet with digestive issues. The whole thing was pretty vague, though. My dog didn’t seem to recover from being boarded there. It turned out he was suffering from the beginning of a painful death from bloat. He collapsed at home and I had to have a neighbor put him in my car because I couldn’t lift him due to my own surgery. He died in the car during the short drive to the emergency vet. I never posted anything in the years since but I never went back. After reading...read full review
Be cautious about bringing your dog here for playtime or camp. I picked up the family dog from boarding today (7/23/2024) from the Reston location. I was there from approximately 10:45 AM - 11:00 AM. The entire time I watched the group of dogs in the playroom. The female staff member in the room with the dogs did not interact with any of the dogs the entire time I watched. Most of the time she just stood there picking at her fingers. I felt especially bad for one dog who was lying alone in the corner next to the mops and buckets the whole time, obviously not having fun. The staff member didn't even glance at him, let alone scratch his head or give him some kind of encouragement.
