Ortiz construction did a kitchen remodel for us in April/May 2026. They are an amazing company! Both Rick and Ricky Ortiz are very professional and knowledgeable contractors. They are friendly and always respectful as was their whole crew. They maintained great communication throughout the project always letting us know the status of the project as it progressed. The entire crew was amazing. Even when problems came up, they handled them with the utmost professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend this company.
I had my kitchen redone using Home Depot and they partnered with Ortiz Construction to complete the job. Ortiz Construction did a fantastic job and I’m super happy with how things came out. They are a family business, and every team member is very polite and friendly. Rick was great with communication and explained the whole process every step of the way until completion. I highly recommend them.
While there were times that I hoped for better communication processes. The overall standards and effort were sufficient. In addition I used them via home depot as the primary integrator and I have provided them a review elsewhere. Safe to say these guys did well with what they were given, which was not much. Keep a sharp eye when making major changes (which should be default) as the home owner and do expect to be conscious and play an active role in tracking progress and issues that come up. Otherwise a solid contractor.
