This was my first visit to the Northern VA Center For Arthritis. My first impression is that everything was run professionally, in a friendly atmosphere. I was seen on time by Monica. She behaved in a respectful and caring manner, and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. She definitely made me feel more comfortable about the treatments that we will pursue.
The staff at the arthritis center is extremely nice and caring from the front desk In the medical team. Seeing Dr. Scaparotti is a pleasure. Her care, compassion and her willingness to listen is second to none. She spends time and is extremely thorough. Her follow up with Lab work is exceptional from phone calls to text messages. I would highly recommend her to anyone
Dr Nguyen is compassionate, through, well educated on treatments and thinks outside the box for your particular situation, he takes his time to listen examine you and explain his course of treatment for you with your consent and understanding.
