I cannot say enough good things about Annie! Her studio is immaculate, welcoming, and has such a calming energy from the moment you walk through the door. Beyond her obvious skill, Annie’s professionalism and customer care are unmatched. A tiny mishap happened where a bit of hair was taken that I hadn’t planned on, and before I could even blink, she insisted on comping the service. Honestly, the results were so smooth and lovely that I didn’t mind at all! It’s rare to find someone with that level of integrity, kindness, and dedication to their clients. I had my very first Brazilian wax done today by Laureley and it was a wonderful (believe that or not) experience. I was very nervous, but she was extremely kind and patient with me. The wax overall was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and Laureley made it a very comfortable experience. She is very personable. I appreciated her talking me through the wax and asking me questions to distract me from pulling. If you are nervous about a Brazilian and don’t know where to go, check this place out and request Laureley. I will definitely be coming back!

Rosie is such a peach! She has a gentle hand (less pain, woohoo) and is so kind and patient. The facility is quite clean as well. Definitely would recommend to others. 😊
