Brian was the only electrician who even considered the possibility that he/his team could replace the nonfunctional electric wall heater in my utility closet without having to involve a plumber to remove the pipes/entire water heater itself. In all honesty, I was a bit skeptical because I initially sent a picture of the utility closet and Brian never came out. He immediately said I needed to replace the electric heater (he didn’t even ask for the make/model). About three or four estimates later (including my home warranty), I reached back out to Brian because they were courteous enough to send a quick email letting me know they hoped I was able to resolve my issue and if not, to give them a call. I called and was able to have them come out relatively fast just before the snow hit. The heater they brought works well and saved me from having to pay top dollar for a plumber to come out simultaneously. Thanks Brian - you saved the day!
