I love pro nail spa! I've been getting my nails done with them for over a year now, and I have had no complaints. They are very nice, fast, and they always do a great job with my nails!

I walked into pro nail spa on Monday and Kim did my nails. She seemed frustrated with the organization and missing tools at the table she was at and overall in a bad mood, complaining the entire time to her coworkers, who helped her with some of the tools. However, I am leaving a 5 star review because my nails got much love. Kim did the most clean and precise nails I have had in over 5 years. They are perfect and I appreciate her for that. So in my opinion, she can be in whatever mood she wants to be in because my nails got the love and care they needed. Thanks Kim!

I LOVE Mary! She is amazing. After so many bad experiences at other places she does my nails to perfection every time. She is fast, but efficient. She knows I have more sensitive nails and always checks in on me. She truly does beautiful work and is always very kind. I am a hairstylist, so my hands are in water a LOT, but I can go 3-4 weeks in between appointments which is just amazing! I am sooo happy I have finally found her. I highly recommend.
