Ed has come over to address a number of issues in the last year or so (aging house, aging plumbing). This morning I called them in a panic about something, they scheduled a visit for this afternoon and…basically it is the plumbing version of “operator error.” I felt foolish but SO relieved. Ed was so kind. He really is the best at the job, and also the nicest person ever.
I called Kiker & Sons and was greeted with a very pleasant women that turns out is the mother of Ed who came out to install our Reverse Osmosis system. I had asked her if Ed could install our Waterdrop X12 RO system. She said that she would consult with Ed to see if he could do it. A day later she called back to confirm that Ed could install our system. We setup an appointment and Ed showed up on time, was very professional and installed our RO system to perfection. I have used many half rate plumbers before but Kiker & Sons are the real deal. I will use them for any plumbing needs I have in the future. We had a great experience with Ed today! Called in the morning for a clogged main drain and he was out the same day. Fixed it in under an hour and was very kind and honest. Will definitely be using him again!
