Based on the reviews, Jackson's Pet Haven LLC provides a wonderful, friendly, and safe environment for pets. The service and care are great, and the staff is very responsive to needs. They work with owners to ensure plans are not interrupted, and pets are happy and well taken care of at pick up. The facility is an immaculate, charming, welcoming, and friendly environment with spa-like smells and a calm and attractive reception area. They are kind and caring folks who provide a safe and professional place. For boarding, they send pictures and videos along with updates, and can give pets a bath, haircut, and nail trim. They are able to clip nails that even the vet could not. Senior pets are not stressed and are squeaky clean and smelling great after their stay. Jackson's Pet Haven does a lot more than boarding and is highly recommended for any out of town needs.
We’ve been taking our sweet boy to the vet to board when needed for 16 years, but recently moved and needed a new option. I found Jackson’s Pet Haven and couldn’t be happier with the service and care they provided. We were out of the country for two weeks and I was anxious about leaving our senior baby for that long at a new place, but Melissa sent pictures and videos along with updates about he was doing which helped me feel so much better about it! They also gave our boy a bath, haircut & nail trim before we picked him up and I was very pleased with how handsome he looked. 🥰 I highly recommend these kind and caring folks!
We used Jackson’s Pet Haven to board our dogs while we were on vacation. They were super responsive to our needs and worked with us to ensure our plans were not interrupted. At pick up, the dogs were happy and seemed to be well taken care of. I’ll definitely be using them again for any out of town needs.
Jackson's Pet Haven is wonderful! I have been boarding Charlie my mini-weenie dog with Melissa and her gang for over a year, and he always thrives when in their care. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by spa-like smells and a calm and attractive reception area. It's an immaculate, charming, welcoming, and friendly environment, and as an over-protective owner of a tiny dachshund who has had back issues, I am so grateful to have a safe and professional place like Jackson's nearby. Oh, and they do a lot more than boarding...I cannot recomment them enough! Thank you for being here in Providence Forge! Aprile (and Charlie--woof)
