Based on the reviews, Jackson's Pet Haven LLC provides a wonderful, friendly, and safe environment for pets. The service and care are great, and the staff is very responsive to needs. They work with owners to ensure plans are not interrupted, and pets are happy and well taken care of at pick up. The facility is an immaculate, charming, welcoming, and friendly environment with spa-like smells and a calm and attractive reception area. They are kind and caring folks who provide a safe and professional place. For boarding, they send pictures and videos along with updates, and can give pets a bath, haircut, and nail trim. They are able to clip nails that even the vet could not. Senior pets are not stressed and are squeaky clean and smelling great after their stay. Jackson's Pet Haven does a lot more than boarding and is highly recommended for any out of town needs.
My dog is always anxious when left alone! This was her first ever boarding, I was also as anxious as my dog!
But when I returned she was calm and went back to her normal routine at home Thank goodness!
I was told she behaved and they would be happy to have her again!
My only regret is I didn't get to see her holding and sleep area!
Oh and the cost was very reasonable

The best experience I've ever had. 2 of my cats weren't eating and after calling me she took the time to get a food that they would eat. Very friendly and GREAT service.
We’ve been taking our sweet boy to the vet to board when needed for 16 years, but recently moved and needed a new option. I found Jackson’s Pet Haven and couldn’t be happier with the service and care they provided. We were out of the country for two weeks and I was anxious about leaving our senior baby for that long at a new place, but Melissa sent pictures and videos along with updates about he was doing which helped me feel so much better about it! They also gave our boy a bath, haircut & nail trim before we picked him up and I was very pleased with how handsome he looked. 🥰 I highly recommend these kind and caring folks!
