2nd Street Floors provides an excellent experience in every regard. The staff helps customers thoroughly understand the pluses and minuses of the extensive selection, allowing them to take samples home. The installers are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. The entire selection, purchase, and installation is performed for an excellent price. Customers appreciate the patient and understanding service, and the two-man crew does an excellent job with top quality work every step of the way. The office side offers some of the best customer service people, patient in explaining the process and working in partnership. Overall, it is an outstanding experience with knowledgeable and professional installers, on time, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
My experience with 2nd St. Floors was excellent in every regard. I needed to recarpet my family room and upon my first interaction, the staff helped me thoroughly understand the pluses and minuses of the very extensive selection available to me. They let me take an arm full of samples home to permit me to compare color options - which was very helpful. Upon making my decision, they scheduled the installation just a few days hence. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient.
The entire selection, purchase and installation was performed for an excellent price and I simply could not have been happier!
