Based on the reviews, VitalCare Sleep Specialists in Prince George offers comprehensive sleep medicine for both children and adults. PA Williams and MA Skye were absolutely amazing, making patients feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and reassuring. Even after arriving late due to heavy traffic, patients were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, never feeling rushed or judged. PA Williams and Skye were kind, inviting, energetic, and genuinely compassionate, with a bedside manner that is exactly what you want for yourself or your children. The follow-up care was impressive, with calls returned urgently with clear, reassuring communication. NP Antoinette was very patient and knowledgeable, and Nurse Schyller was also described as "THE BEST," as they actually listened to health concerns and addressed them to satisfaction. Overall, the team is very sweet, patient, and just all around good people, providing an outstanding experience that renewed hope in the future of healthcare.
I received a call/ letter that Caitlin Beaman was no longer going to be at Vital Care & had to schedule with another Dr/PA/ NP. I was bummed because i really liked Caitlin. I had my first appointment today for a follow up with Olivia Downing & WOW. I like her a lot. She's super thorough, lots of knowledge & doesn't rush you out. Im relieved. She's wonderful. I will be scheduling my family members with her.

PA Williams and MA Skye were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed and at ease; the front desk staff was incredibly kind and reassuring as well. I’ve finally found a provider I feel completely confident bringing my entire family to. If you’ve ever felt nervous or hesitant about taking control of your health due to past negative experiences, I truly encourage you to give PA Williams and MA Skye a chance. For the first time ever, I can honestly say I didn’t feel anxious walking into a doctor’s office, and that alone speaks volumes.
I had an outstanding experience with PA Williams and their assistant nurse Skye at the Prince George County clinic. Even after I arrived about five minutes late—following a long, two-hour drive in heavy traffic and rain—they welcomed me with the same warmth and professionalism as if I had been early. Not once did I feel rushed, judged, or like an inconvenience.
Both PA Williams and Skye were kind, inviting, energetic, and genuinely compassionate. Their bedside manner is exactly what you want not only for yourself, but for your children or loved ones to experience in a medical setting.
