I recently received a complete set of dentures from Virginia Family Dentistry, and I could not be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Franklin showed me so much compassion and genuine caring throughout my entire time there. Both she and her assistant, Zaria, were incredibly pleasant to work with. They have a great sense of humor that made every visit feel easy and seamless. They were so patient with me throughout the entire process to ensure a perfect fit for my dentures, and their care and concern were obvious when they followed up with me after the procedure. I had another great experience at the dentist yesterday! They are always been kind, professional and do a great job for my family and I. Mekeba is the absolute best and I try to stay on her schedule for my visits!!
Heather is fabulous. She is personable, friendly and thorough in her work. I'm always pleased to get a chance to catch up with her and I feel good when I leave. Everyone at the Puddledock office are very attentive and friendly.
