Virginia Family Dentistry Tri-Cities

I have been going to this practice for years, never had any issues. This is the first time I was not pleased with them. They did not advise they were no longer accepting my insurance provider. They did not send letters nor text or email. I found out from co-woekers after I had visited for my semi annual appointment. I called to verify and was told just that and I would have to pay the outside of network fee. I am very disappointed pleased because the insurance should have been discussed prior to me receiving service.
Reliable otherwise.

I recently received a complete set of dentures from Virginia Family Dentistry, and I could not be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Franklin showed me so much compassion and genuine caring throughout my entire time there. Both she and her assistant, Zaria, were incredibly pleasant to work with. They have a great sense of humor that made every visit feel easy and seamless. They were so patient with me throughout the entire process to ensure a perfect fit for my dentures, and their care and concern were obvious when they followed up with me after the procedure. The front desk staff were also so warm and caring from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this dental office.

I had another great experience at the dentist yesterday! They are always been kind, professional and do a great job for my family and I. Mekeba is the absolute best and I try to stay on her schedule for my visits!!

For my first appointment I was very happy. All were very nice, the dentist and assistant(s) knowledgeable and helpful, a first class dental office all the way.

Heather is fabulous. She is personable, friendly and thorough in her work. I'm always pleased to get a chance to catch up with her and I feel good when I leave. Everyone at the Puddledock office are very attentive and friendly.

I had an excellent experience at Virginia Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. My hygienist, Keri, was very patient, kind, and thorough during my visit. I really appreciated that the staff took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me practical options for fixing my teeth instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary procedures.

I was honestly surprised to find out that repairing my chipped teeth in the front would only cost around $155 because I expected it to be much more expensive. They also explained that if I eventually decide to get implants, it may not make sense to spend thousands of dollars on treatments that may not last long-term. I appreciated their honesty and how focused they were on helping me make the best decision for my dental health and budget.

The office was professional, welcoming, and transparent, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Robert' and his team at Virginia Family Dentistry TriCities are the best. They are very professional , friendly, and keep my teeth looking beautiful and healthy. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
