Great dental tech,wish I remember her name.skilled at her craft. Equally great dentist, DR Franklin.showed genuine concern for my immediate problem. Walked me thru the process of transitioning to full dentures upper and lower. Adressed all my questions in simple easy to understand dialauge.calmed my anxiety about this big decision I had to make about my health.
Front office staff was professional and customer service was exceptional.

Greeted by friendly staff. Never have to wait long. Dental Assistant, Sarah, was friendly and gentle. I like Dr. Roberts. He is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. Offers a care plan but isn't pushy.
