As a new customer to Ecoair I was very impressed at the level of professionalism and attention to detail provided during my service. We greatly appreciate being fit in to the schedule so quickly by John considering we called at 8am and they were there by 10:30am same day. Matt was very thorough in explaining to me our problem and what he did while diagnosing and servicing our units. Definitely recommend using these folks!

We've had eclair out to both our homes in the richmond and goochland areas. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Able to explain various concerns of his clearly and itemizes in estimates so you can prioritize repairs if you don't want to do them all the time. He is very responsive whenever I have reached out.
