Very thankful for Osborne Heating and Cooling! Our AC system died on 4th of July weekend with a record heatwave coming. I called and they came out within just a few hours - and on a holiday! The service was great and the AC is now working! We're going to be signing up for maintenance plan with them after this experience!
Outstanding HVAC company with exceptional customer service skills and urgency. I messaged the owner through FB Messenger at 9:12 PM about a unit being down at my residence. He responded at 9:40 letting me know someone would be out first thing, but that he was away on vacation. They quickly diagnosed the issue and he even followed up minutes after his mechanic was pulling out of the driveway. I love supporting local businesses in our community and will be using them in the future.
