This is an amazing place!! I cannot speak highly enough about this place!! They always go the extra mile to make sure my pup is happy and is well taken care of! The staff are attentive and always give a little rundown of what he was like and what he did there during his stay!! They also send him home with a new bandana as well as a treat bag after every visit for no extra cost!! We love Countryside Bed and Biscuit and we will continue to come back!!
We boarded our dog here and it was her first time ever being boarded. The staff were so friendly, and the extra services offered were nice to give our dog the attention/love she needed. Our dog did well as a first-time boarder and we are grateful for a business like this in the Powhatan area!
I couldn't be more pleased with the staff at Countryside Bed & Biscuit! They are so knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I have a dog that needs appropriate introductions before he's happy to play with other pups. The staff understands him and was so great in having him meet other dogs appropriately, and now he's a champ with all dogs he meets there! I'm so grateful for a warm and loving place that he can attend daycare once a week and have a blast! I fully trust that he's in great care, and of course I'm happy to support a Powhatan family business! Chase and I are so grateful to have found you!!!
