Super friendly and honest very helpful and got me in for inspection right away , shop dog Belle was super cool and loves playing fetch with her toys. I took my companies truck but will be taking my personal vehicles there in the future.
What can I say? We have all 4 of our vehicles serviced at M40 Auto & Alignment. Whether your car is an older model from 1992 or a 2018 )as in my case), they have the right staff and skill to work on your vehicle. Price is more than fair, service is outstanding. Best service in the Richmond area.
Even tho I was told not to come back to the business, because I disagreed with the price being charged. I still think the service was cool. I know business have the option to refuse service or tell you to not come back. But after spending your money I think it's f'd a business owner would tell you this regardless. If you pay for a service that a business quoted, don't let them tell you, that they are cutting you slack...and that they should of charged more. But hey I'm not welcome there, and in my 30 plus years of driver, I've never heard this. It's his company, so he is free to deny service to anyone.
