Our family is SO grateful for the absolutely FLAWLESS experience with Midlothian Cremation Services (MCS). We called them about an hour after our Father's passing - still in the hospice room - and Clinton from MCS immediately took our call. He was the first person we spoke with after our Dad took his last breath. Clinton assured us they would take care of our Dad. We left the hospital and within hours, Clinton called in the middle of the night to confirm MCS had picked up our Dad from Henrico Doctor's Hospital and his body was in safe hands.
