FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, FIRST TIME ONLINE ORDER TO THIS FLORIST
I ordered a celebration of life arrangement from this florist last week (8/14/24) to be delivered at this week (8/19/24) week.
The online ordering process was smooth and I had no issues; including making sure the delivery date was set for the future. Never needed to contact the shop for anything which is very helpful since a lot of times I’m ordering when the florists are closed.
The delivery fee was standard and I was very happy it wasn’t more expensive in this area. Thank you Countryside Florist for that.

I ordered an arrangement for a family member in the hospital thru this florist directly.What arrived was no where near what I ordered. I called the next day and the owner remade the arrangement and it was sent within a few hours.Even though the first arrangement was sub standard, the florist corrected it andMade it right.That was wonderful customer service
My experience with Countryside was great! I'm in a different state and ordered flowers for someone in VA for Christmas. After I ordered online I called to let them know they could deliver them anytime before. The person on the phone was super nice and made a note about delivery time. Even thought there was a snowstorm coming the flowers still got delivered on time and in beautiful shape.
