Went there to have 2 keys cut and programmed for a vehicle. The fella was fast, efficient and accurate. Price was exceptional and service was great. Next time I need a key made I will certainly go to Tweeds.

I have a door with multi point locks which others would not even come out to look at it. I called tweed and my experience with all the staff I talked with was excellent. Deshaun came out and would not give up on my door. He fixed it and it works better than when it was new. He was very kind and pleasant and determined to fix my door. Thank you Deshaun. I am truly grateful. Customer service was excellent.

I walked in to get new fobs made for my car..There were 3 people in front of me yet BB greated me, said he would be with me in just a minute. He continued to help all three of us at once asking what we needed. He was a pleasure to work with. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and the price was reasonable.. excellent job. Highly recommend this to anyone.. definitely a bright spot in Portsmouth
