Faye did an amazing job on my hair today! She truly listened to what I wanted in terms of both cut and color. Even without any inspirational pictures, she asked all the right questions and made sure she understood my vision. What stood out most was her attention to detail and clear communication. I told her I wanted cool, icy tones and wanted to avoid any orange or brown hues. She immediately got it and even showed me a reference photo to confirm we were on the same page. Her expertise, professionalism, and ability to bring my vision to life were outstanding. I’m so happy with the results!
Highly recommend! MacKenzie (my stylist) is an expert in her field and artist! She gave me a perfect cut for my wavy/curly hair that is perfect for my features as well as my desire for easy maintenance. Went back the next day for color and I asked about a few ideas, and what she suggested with her experience and it's just perfect for me! The staff was super friendly and helpful too...the whole experience was just FUN.
One of the best salons in Virginia. I have been going here since 2018 and I have never left disappointed. They have seen me through good, bad, covid, marriage, injury, illness. I've gone from long, thick hair to my first pixie to growing it back out. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my hair as much as these ladies.
