Monarch motors was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Lexus GX460 from them, and it was in great shape! It was worth the ride from Michigan to VA Beach. Ryan and the owner Karna were honest and quick with their communication.
One thing that impressed me the most was this: I had seen a few lights not working on the Lexus and pointed it out to Ryan and Karna. I thought they’d have to order the part and fix it after purchase but they IMMEDIATELY fixed it all right then and there… took less than 5 minutes. You won’t see that at other dealerships.
