When I went there to check things were wet and appeared to look clean but after it all dried you could see the dirt. The place wasn’t vacuumed either. They left spider webs all over the place and dirt and grime. The first time I hired them they did great I really don’t understand why they did such a poor job this time around.Service: Moving-related cleaning

I shopped around awhile before finally going with FCM. Originally it was their communication that reeled me in. I was also impressed with their website and how seamlessly it worked even showing you pricing and letting you out “add on” services while giving you pricing. They’re not the cheapest around but they are worth it. They are very professional and I don’t have to lift a finger and always leaves my home perfect. I signed up for the bi weekly cleaning. This has given me so much free time to focus on more important things to me and doubled my work productivity by leaving mundane house chores to them including my laundry! I was moving out but can’t go back the apartment. I only asked them to help me collect all the clothes and sent to me. But they help me picked out all the items they think valuable to me but I didn’t mention and sent me messages with pictures of the items to verify if I need those items.
