The service started out great for cleaning. They would do a nice job the first few months, then we started noticing and bringing to their attention they would miss full rooms. Now we have hard wood floor that has to be stripped and fully sanded as they have waxed dirt and dog hair into the floors and in order to restore we have had 3 companies out that state they must be sanded and refinished. This is a large amount for something we were paying to have done on a regular basis. Also the tile in the bathrooms we have to have someone to come in and steam clean those to get them back up to par. This cleaning service did offer to come and clean our house free of charge again but if you read my complaints you would not want them to come into your home again, also i was in labor the day they came and now have a toddler and newborn so I wouldn't be able to stay out of the house for as long as they take to clean. I paid for a "deep clean" and asked to be charged for a "regular clean" which I think is very reasonable and eye cleaning services did not answer me after that .
