Closed with no warning or notice charge my insurance an kept my son eyeglasses so I have to pay out of pocket for another eye exam an eye appointment for my son I’m very upset with this experience no working number an location is never open trying not to report them to Virginia Medicaid for fraud because this is not how you do business

What happen to this office. A month ago there was a notice on the website. Now nothing. And no return calls or emails!!?!?!

I worked for Dr Ramsey in the past and she is a great eye doctor but her staff is not at all on the same level. I have waited 3 months for a final contact lens rx which is absurd and have sent a few emails and calls asking to please speak with her regarding some issues at the office and was never acknowledged. When my husband arrived to pick up the cl lens trials that I was awaiting after multiple lies from the receptionist he was greeted with a "yo". Who in their right mind addresses patients like that in a professional manner. I am very very disappointed with the customer service, and it definitely impacted my decision not to return. We will be taking our business elsewhere and will not recommend it, not because of Dr Ramsey but because of her rude staff. I have been maybe places and never once been treated the way I did when called. Whoever the receptionist is, needs to be fired and should seriously be ashamed of how she carries herself in a professional manner!!!!!

Dr Ramsey has replaced her entire staff in the last 3 months. They appear to be as customer oriented as her.
Dr Ramsey is highly skilled and is an excellent choice for family eye care.

I worked for Dr Ramsey in the past and she is a great eye doctor but her staff is not at all on the same level. I have always had a great pleasant experience with Dr.Ramsey my whole family has been seeing her since 2020 I have never had any issues everyone is always nice and pleasant .I know the factory gets behind and it’s my fault for waiting so long to get glasses before kids school. She’s amazing with children as we ll and she’s a dog lover so we are sticking with her
