I had an usual situation Present itself after our yearly pest control inspection under our house from Mare’s Pest Control who informed us we had evidence of rodents under our house. We needed to have our ventilation from one room of our house rerouted which required an additional opening be made into our foundation so that the previous opening which was designed for crawl space access was altered to run ventilation ducting through it thereby leaving an opening for the rodents to gain access. Bottom line, Brian and Ray created a new opening for the ventilation, ran rigid ducting as replacement, and built a new access door to prevent rodents from coming back. They started and finished the job in a few hours and did a great job. Brian is easy to work with and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. Highly recommend Mare’s HVAC!
We just moved into our house 5 months ago. Monday morning while at work I get a call from our neighbor that water was gushing from our garage. I got home and turned off the water but I’ve never had to deal with hot water heater issues so I wasn’t sure where to start or who to call. My same awesome neighbor suggested Mares. They were able to fit us in the same day. It turned out to be a busted pipe and not the water heater. Brian was honest, professional, and kind. He gave us several options of repair, ran to the store to get needed materials, cleaned up afterwards, and had us with working water in under 2 hours. Our stressful start to the day turned out not to be as bad as I could’ve been. We’ve added Mares as our #1 phone call with their multitude of services. We recommend them to anyone in need.
Brian and Zach completed my spring check this past week. They were extremely professional and patient with all my questions. Brian has been doing the checks of both the cooling and heating prior to summer and winter and I have always been pleased with his work. Both these guys represent Mares Heating and Air very well.
