We have been serviced with Mares for at least 5 years and counting. Company is attentive and communication is good. Our service tech Jeremy is top notch! Very knowledgeable, professional and on time. Listens to our concerns and addresses them all the time. Service is affordable as well.

22April2024: I find immense satisfaction w/Mares coming to fix a small leak on a sump pump (discovered during yrly termite inspection) on Earth Day! We all need to respect MotherEarth!A truly marvelous, professional, honest, all-around great company that is not just for exterminating! Mares has installed equipment, repair/paint windows, inspect, exterminate to name a few items performed over 30+ yrs in two different houses at two different locations. Not only on time, finish clean but the customer service (in office/field) is commendable. I have been using Mares Exterminating for a couple of years and it has been a great experience. Our technician, Jeremy, is amazing! He is patient with our excitable lab and nosy toddler while being fast and efficient. I can't recommend them enough especially if you are in the Virginia Beach area!
