I was one of the first to get "dip" nails there and it was a trial type deal. The atmosphere, and salon itself is beautiful.The dip powder only lasted 2 days & on day 2 it was already cracking and falling off in chunks. I have had dip powder a million times before at another local salon & never had problems like that.I contacted the girl who ran the trial (i think she's gone now) and told her my nails were chipping already and sent photos. She said it was probably because its a new thing for the salon & that shed let the nail girls know what happened to change the way they put it on. The owner pocketed gift certificates upon closing her business without reaching out to offer a refund. Karma will hopefully make this right.

I purchased a couples massage for my parents in September for their anniversary that was good for a year. So due to Covid they obviously haven’t been able to use it. Then come to find out the business closed down permanently and there’s no way to contact the owner about a refund. The phone to the business has been disconnected, their Instagram page is deleted, and no response from their Facebook page. My siblings and I spend close to $300 and I want a refund!
