Extremely nice, easy (super easy) to work with and more detailed then I expected. We were buying a home from a thousand miles away and they were the eyes we needed to see the home in a detail we wouldnt have noticed. If we ever need an inspection done again, I promise you I will reach out to That Place Home Inspections ~ There was even a snafu with the scheduling (our fault) and they adjusted seamlessly and without any hesitation. We had That Place Home Inspections come out for our new-build inspection, and they did an excellent job. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything they found, helping me understand details I wouldn’t have caught on my own. The report came back very quickly, which made preparing for our 45-day walkthrough with the builder so much easier. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail—highly recommend!
