TigerWash - Lake Monticello provides a positive car wash experience, praised for its effective soft touch wash and strong vacuums. Many customers appreciate the convenience of a free air machine for tire inflation. However, some have faced difficulties with the online membership sign-up process, finding it challenging to pay or join immediately. Despite this, the overall sentiment is that TigerWash offers great value for money and is a favored choice for car cleaning in the area.
Update: After posting this review, the Operations Manager reached out and provided excellent customer service. He explained the limitations of touchless systems and offered alternative options. I prefer touchless washes to avoid swirl marks. The rewash with the $16 option still left light dust and dirt behind, but I appreciate the prompt and helpful customer service. Thank you.
I visited the Marathon car wash off Turkey Sag Trail and purchased the deluxe wash. Unfortunately, the bottom half of my vehicle—especially the lower doors and rocker panels—was still visibly dirty afterward. I’ve attached photos for reference.

Love the experience at this car wash. Well worth the time and money that’s for sure. Strong vacuums too! Will definitely be back next time I need my car cleaned. Thankyou Tiger wash!
