After posting this review, the Operations Manager reached out and provided excellent customer service. He explained the limitations of touchless systems and offered alternative options. I prefer touchless washes to avoid swirl marks. The rewash with the $16 option still left light dust and dirt behind, but I appreciate the prompt and helpful customer service. Thank you.
I visited the Marathon car wash off Turkey Sag Trail and purchased the deluxe wash. Unfortunately, the bottom half of my vehicle—especially the lower doors and rocker panels—was still visibly dirty afterward. I’ve attached photos for reference.

Hands down best car wash at the lake! Soft touch wash did a great job getting my car clean and the new vacuums are really nice with strong suction. They also have a free air machine if your tires are low. Tiger wash for the win!!!
