I like Josh and would have like to have given him a 5. He does good work at a fair price and is easy to work with. the best attribute is he does multiple trades. He framed my addition, installed windows and skylights, siding, trim, and hardwood floor. Based on this job I would have given him a 5.
I accepted his bid to do my 28x48 garage and he never showed up. I understand if things change and you need to renegotiate or reschedule, but he totally ghosted me, which is unconscionable, even with me calling 15 times. I even called a sub of his to see if he was ok. Thus, I would have to give him a 1 on the garage, which averages a 3.
