We needed to have our wooden stairs replaced when they became unsafe. We had 86 stairs (now 87) that led from our driveway to our dock. (We never heard back from most of the other companies who came to give us estimates or they only came up with a band-aid kind of solution.)
Dak was not intimidated by this daunting task! They called in other experts within their company to discuss and come up with a best solution which was to use concrete and not wood.

The construction of our screened porch was excellent. Our crew leaders, Jimmy and Holmes, are experienced, incredibly skillful, and hard working. The quality of the construction is excellent, solidly built and beautiful. Our project manager, David, is very helpful, even meeting us at Lowe’s to help with product selection. Communication before the project started was lacking, but they are busy. Once the project started, things went fast, and it was easy to call David and get answers and help. I would definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, they are replacing our roof next.

My husband and I were in need of replacing a set of stairs leading to our back deck and a total replacement of a porch on the side of our house. My husband made a sketch of an ideal replacement porch layout. The finished projects look better than we ever expected. We knew everything would be lovely, but the work far exceeded any expectations. The crew did an outstanding job and we are most thankful.
