Chris, our technician, was very professional and quickly resolved a long standing issue we had with our water pressure. Chris is a clear communicator, very knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. He is an outstanding plumbing professional. If you have a need for plumbing service, call Sherman and ask for Chis to be you technical. I'm sure their other folks are great...our only experience is with Chris, and he is outstanding .
The technician came out and quickly assessed and fixed the problem when my air-conditioning unit for the second floor stopped working. He was very kind and respectful, getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I will always use this company for any of the services they provide for as long as I live in this town.
WA Sherman has been a Godsend! They show up, do the work, do it WELL, the prices are fair. Most importantly they CARE about your project and getting it done right. Their plumbers are fantastic and Rick is a gentleman to work with. We will be calling them again as our projects develop.
