Farm Credit of the Virginias

Everyone I have worked with at the Orange branch of Farm credit has been wonderful! We close on our second deal with them today and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home in the area. Stephanie Hensley has been my main point of contact and she is professional, responsive and thorough! Not to mention, they have competitive rates. Do yourself a favor and apply with these folks if buying a home or land around Orange County.

This company should be out of business for the dubious way that they work. I applied for a refi loan in sept 2017 and they ran my credit which was perfect but a month later they asked to back date a permission slip for the check. I eventually refused to settle because the charges on the settlement sheet kept going up. Caveat Emptor if you ever use these people.
